DVY Dividend ETF Daily Chart Overbot Negative Divergence
The weak August prints were never resolved to complete satisfaction so a move lower to these levels would be expected in 2012. Price is now at the top rail of the upward-sloping channel which creates potential for a pull back and the red rising wedges and purple negative divergence verify the need for a spank down now. Projection is a choppy stutter-step M-top-ish move sideways as the dividend stocks top and roll over in general. Sideways to sideways lower for the weeks and months to come with a test of 45 coming in 2012. This information is for educational and entertainment purposes only.
