UPS Weekly 20 and 50 MA Cross Secular Bull

An interesting secular check on the markets can be obtained by noting the UPS 20 and 50 week MA cross. When the 20 is over the 50 the secular bull runs, but if the 20 falls below the 50, the secular bear will growl loudly. The 20 MA is comfortably 4 points above the 50 MA as of 2/9/11.
