GOOG Google 2-Minute Chart Mini Flash Crash

After the opening bell, GOOG experiences a mini flash-crash.  Google drops from 804-ish to 775-ish, about -3.5%, in only one minute's time. Each candlestick is two minutes of time. Note the big drop a few minutes after the opening bell. Price has then stabilized sideways. Considering the flash crashes in the DAX, CAC and FTSE last week, these events are occurring with frequency. Perhaps a repeat of the May 2010 broad market flash crash may reappear one of these days? This information is for educational and entertainment purposes only.  Do not invest based on anything you read or view here.  Consult your financial advisor before making any investment decision.

Note Added 4:03 PM:  GOOG closes at 799.87 a touch under 8 hundo.
