European Bond Yields 1/11/12

Fitch says France needs to refinance a 'daunting' amount of debt in 2012 and that Italy is the biggest Euro worry and will  likely receive a downgrade.

10-Year Yields:
Italy 7.00%
Spain 5.32%
Belgium 4.38%
France 3.22%
U.K. 2.09%
U.S. 1.97%
Germany 1.89%

The ECB is active in the shorter end in recent days. The key debt auctions are Italy and Spain tomorrow. Italy is at the 7% level.  Yields in general have relaxed over the last couple days. France is back under 3.3%. Germany 5-year auction goes off shortly.
