Keybot the Quant, a trading algorithm, flipped to the long side at 11:50 AM EST at SPX 1290. Stay on guard for a whipsaw but the markets look like they want to take a recovery bounce in here and catch their breath.
Volatility, measured by the VIX, is remaining under 17.7, which is a bull bear threshold currently identified by Keybot. SPX:VIX ratio took straight off vertical at the open which told you that the markets were favoring the bulls from the start.
Markets are unstable, stay on guard.
