Keystone's proprietary trading robot, Keybot the Quant, flips to the short side this morning at SPX 4542. Chips, retail stocks and volatility are controlling stock market direction currently. All 3 fail this morning but the chips have recovered. Bears win if SOX drops below 3622 (now at 3653). Bulls win if VIX drops below 20.58 (now at 21.02). If the bulls win, Keybot the Quant may whipsaw back to the bull side.
