This chart was posted last March which identified the market top. Here is the CBOE Skew chart over the last three years courtesy of our friends at Bloomberg. The annotations were added by Keystone.
Bloomberg CBOE Skew Chart
The red circles identify market tops and the green circles show market bottoms. The Fed always comes in to save the day when the markets get into trouble and that behavior helps create the rampant complacency now in the markets. When the Skew is above the red line that says a market top is at hand. What do you think will happen? This information is for educational and entertainment purposes only.
