CPC Put/Call Ratio Daily Chart
CPC printed a 0.67 yesterday. Any spike under 0.7 typically foretells a top in the markets, as all the red circles show. The green circles show bottoms in the markets that typically occur when you see spikes above 1.2. Typically at these lows that spike down, the top occurrs in the markets within four weeks time. The chart shows no fear with this low print so volatility should be moving down as well. Low prints indicate complacency by market bulls.
