Keybot the Quant turns bullish flipping long yesterday at SPX 3882. Bears need higher volatility and weaker utes to stop the rally. Bears need VIX above 24.05 and UTIL below 825.55. Bulls need stronger chips and retail stocks. Bulls need SOX above 2975 and/or RTH above 157.25. If either SOX or RTH turn bullish, it confirms that the bulls have juice to take stocks higher.
