NIKK Nikkei Index Daily Chart -20% Bear Market in Japan
The Nikkei Index tumbles into a bear market. Price formed a triple-top at the 20950-ish level so a -20% move off the top is a loss of 4190 points to 16760. The NIKK drops 192 points today, -1.1%, to 16956 (the chart is not yet updated) shown by the purple dot. Japan is in a bear market despite years of BOJ money printing. The blue line shows the -10% correction territory off the peak and the red line shows the -20% bear market off the summertime peaks.
