The NYA prints a new all-time record high at 11221.14 and new all-time closing high at 11191.48. The NYA 40-week MA is a key cyclical market signal now at 10851. Price is clearly above maintaining the cyclical bull market ongoing for years. The market bears had been making headway to the downside over the last few months but the global central banker collusion is far too powerful.
