SPX Monthly 12 MA Cross Secular Bull

A fave of many traders, especially myself. I call it 'The Decider'. The price and 12 MA cross determines whether we are in a secular bull or secular bear market. The secular bull started as the Iraq War began in early 2003. The secular bear lingered thru 2008 ending in the crash and spring 2009 bottom. Summer 2010 was a fake out. The market bears started to push hard during summer 2010 but once the Fed announced QE2 in late August 2010, the secular picture went directly back to secular bull as it is now.
