Keybot the Quant Turns Bearish
Keystone's trading algorithm, Keybot the Quant, flips to the bear side today at SPX 1562. As always, stay alert for a whipsaw today or tomorrow. The semiconductors, SOX, are falling apart and creating the market weakness. More information is found at Keybot's site, Keybot the Quant
brilliant! Considering that the SPX cash traded below the previous low of 1558.47, I am pretty certain that the ending diagonal ended y'day at 1574. Ideally I would have like to see one more push higher, but 1574 satisfies the count also. Given that KBQ is short too, gives me confidence in my count, as well as the fact that I've been short since ~1572 (SDS $43.75)
