Keybot the Quant flips back to the bear side at SPX 3831 yesterday afternoon as the stock market roller coaster ride continues. The price action is chop suey that chops-up bulls and bears alike.
VIX 26.78 and UTIL 956 control US stock market direction currently. The UTIL 956 trap-door opened at the opening bell spelling big trouble ahead for stocks but the bulls have since closed it again. Bears win big if UTIL 956 fails. Bulls win big and regain stock market control if VIX drops below 26.78.
