Do not forget to help your local community food banks if you are able. It is amazing to see the overwhelming need these days after the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic hit. In Pittsburgh, there are lines of cars for 2 miles and more waiting for a box of food reminiscent of the bread lines during the 1930's Great Depression. As Keystone tells you every few months, clean out the pantry and kitchen cabinets at home. What else do you have to do? Toss those canned goods and non-perishables into a box and drop it off at the food bank. A local citizen will be glad to put them to use.
Unfortunately, many thrift stores are closed because of the government orders. Hold off on making donations at the local charity shops since the stuff will likely sit outside and get ruined. Keep the items in your garage until the local thrift shops, only the ones with volunteers that directly serve the poor and needy, reopen and can once again accept the items.
Trouble and worry, trouble and worry, they float away when you help people.
