RUT Russell 2000 Small Caps Daily Chart; Bear Market
The Russell 2000 Small Cap Index, RUT, topped out at 1742.09 on 8/31/18.A -20% drop is a bear market which is the 1394 level. The RUT dipped into a bear market territory yesterday, Thursday, 12/20/18, but closed a whisker above. This information is for educational and entertainment purposes only.
