Note Added Saturday, 3/31/18: The 10-year yield drops to 2.74% on Thursday, 3/29/18 so the bond bulls are winning. Investors are buying Treasuries as the stock market sells off; a flight to perceived safety into notes and bonds that sends the prices higher and yields lower.
