SPX S/R 9-9-11

Here is the current SPX support and resistance levels, price currently testing 1173. Market bulls are hanging in there unless 1155 is lost. LOD so far is 1165.34 so keep an eye on that as the day moves along towards the weekend.

Note Added 9/9/11 at 12:43 PM EST: SPX came down to test 1155 and failed. Now price trying to hold 1152. 1150 and 1145 are in play depending on if further bad news occurs out of Europe.
